We work very long hours and I just think more compensation for that would be better and possibly overtime.

A higher base salary. Even though I do make high commissions currently when they are not there it makes it hard to save for my future and pay bills on a regular basis. The economy took a bad turn the past two years, and with gas prices and commuting costs it is hard to survive without bonus'.
