Gwendolyn Marnell serves as chief accounting officer. Previously, Ms. Marnell served as senior vice president, corporate controller for the company. Ms. Marnell is responsible for overseeing all of Veris’s residential and commercial property accounting and financial reporting, as well as the entire company’s joint ventures accounting, cash management processes, and corporate insurance policies accounting and administration.
Prior to joining Veris Residential in 2004, Ms. Marnell worked at Vornado Realty Trust as the portfolio controller responsible for the financial reporting of the New York Office Division.
Ms. Marnell is a certified public accountant and received her degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of St. Thomas.
