Our team genually cares about one another. So much so that we will interact outside of work.

They treat me like a person and are invested in me as a total person and not just as it pertains to work.

The people I get to see and work with each day. It makes it easier to get work done when you like and trust the people you work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like we are a big family. I genuinely care about the people I work with and I feel they care for me and go out of their way to show it. There is so much support.
