Executive Bio
Chris Martin serves as Senior Vice President – Global Operations for Veritiv. In this role, Chris is responsible for driving excellence across our warehouse operations including all Veritiv distribution centers and transportation services in the U.S. and Mexico.
Chris previously served as Vice President – U.S. Operations and Supply Chain where he was responsible for operations, supply chain planning, inventory management, transportation management, and real estate. Prior to that, he established the Transformation Management Office, leading the execution of strategic initiatives from 2021 to 2023.
He has held various sales, operations, and corporate roles within Veritiv including Sales Director, General Manager, and Regional Vice President of Operations.
Before joining Veritiv in 2013, he worked as a Senior Consultant – Strategy and Operations with Deloitte Consulting and as a District Manager for Aldi. Chris began his career by serving in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer to the rank of Lieutenant.
He is an Advisory Board Member for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. His greatest accomplishment is being husband to Erica and father to Audrey, Addy, and Annabel.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University.
