Mr. Ferrara served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Aurora Diagnostics Holdings, LLC since 2006 and since March 2012 respectively. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of Aurora Diagnostics Holdings. He served as Chief Information Officer of Aurora Diagnostics, Inc. and Aurora Diagnostics, LLC since 2006. He served as Chief Technology Officer of Aurora Diagnostics, LLC and Senior Vice President since March 2012. Mr. Ferrara served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Information & Technology of Aurora Diagnostics Holdings, LLC. He has spent 24 years designing industry specific systems including application and database development in Information Technology. Mr. Ferrara has over 17 years experience in Information technology with over 9 years in pathology and diagnostic services. Prior to Aurora, he served at LabCorp. Inc., where he served as Director of Information Technology for Anatomic Pathology from 2003 to 2006, directly responsible for laboratory and reporting systems across several divisions for Anatomic Pathology. Prior to acquisition of DIANON System's by LabCorp. in 2003, Mr. Ferrara served with DIANON Systems Inc., for 6 years in several key Information Technology positions increasing in responsibility, ultimately responsible for all Information Technology systems as Director of Information Systems. Both previous positions Mr. Ferrara was responsible for laboratory integration and acquisition transition for more than 14 locations. In his 9 years in the laboratory industry, he and his teams have developed industry standard products which vendors and several major laboratories use today. Mr. Ferrara served as Network Engineer of the University of New Haven and Senior Software Developer for the Regional Water Authority in New Haven, CT.
