Everyone is kind and considerate. They are all hard workers. Everyone takes accountability for their mistakes and helps each other to meet deadlines. They are great people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all driven and passionate about curing CF. The company has patients and/or their families come in every couple of months to speak to us. It helps to remind us why we are here and motivates us to work harder every day.
