What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are pretty amazing and every few years the stock has paid out meaningfully

Great health care coverage!! We have two different options for health care, that both include an HRA and FSA plan. We also have reimbursements for gym memberships, transportation, and catered lunch twice a week!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

pay below industry average, high performer not rewarded properly on compensation
