The commission is aligned with my goals for the year. The better I perform the more I can earn. It allows me to push myself to the best of my ability to help the company grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders lead by example. All of the leadership team has started in some aspect of an entry level role and are able to help train and share their wisdom. They want nothing but the best for their employees and customers!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved connecting with the recruiter and learning about the role and company. They got me excited to come interview. Once i came in for the in person interview, I was sold! The culture and welcoming environment made it an easy decision.
