- What do you like best about the leadership team?I appreciate that the Vincit leadership team works to be transparent about where the company is going, and looks for input on decisions or ideas before executing.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I appreciate that benefits and 401K with match start right away. I also like that there are a lot of built in perks for self-education through our Competence Development Bonus, ability to attend conferences, free Udemy classes and more.
- What are some of the best things about your team?I appreciate that my team thinks and acts like a team. They are supportive with questions and answers and work towards the mission of making Vincit the best it can be.
