What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good place to work and CEO is visionary
they take the provision for gratuity which will pay after 5 year, so it will a handsome amount you get after 5 years, actually it is saving for us, but we don't know

People with higher experience getting paid nicely but the quality if work is not good. why can't a fresher or moderately experienced Employee get a salary he deserves rather than going for the market standards.
