Our team always has each other's backs. They truly care about one another, and they are welcoming and accepting of different ideas, opinions, and approaches.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people we work alongside, the way our brand is regarded, the good we do for those in need, and our commitment to showing up "human" in a world that is sometimes not.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that one aspect of the interview process was with peers. They gave me a good sense of what it would be like working not just in my division, but across the network.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like participating in the performance-based bonus program. We have tuition reimbursement, and it's a great program if you have kids who want to attend Rowan University, where we have our own medical college and several schools in partnership.
