What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is diverse, there are more women, which is great to see, and they are as competent as they are approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our benefits are fair
I like participating in the performance-based bonus program. We have tuition reimbursement, and it's a great program if you have kids who want to attend Rowan University, where we have our own medical college and several schools in partnership.
I believe our benefits package is competitive and fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has each other's backs and respects and cares about one another.
Our team always has each other's backs. They truly care about one another, and they are welcoming and accepting of different ideas, opinions, and approaches.
The team I work with is highly supportive and collaborative.
The team has each other's backs. They regularly collaborate and openly acknowledge contributions. They genuinely like being together, and they are uber smart!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is known as the Culture of WE and people really vibe off of it.
Our CEO talks about all of us as being champions of humanity. We also use the tagline Here for Good which really resonates.
We focus on belonging and call our culture a Culture of WE.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the peer interview process.
I like that one aspect of the interview process was with peers. They gave me a good sense of what it would be like working not just in my division, but across the network.
In addition to interviewing with my direct leaders, there was a peer interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a strong commitment to people both inside and outside of our organization.
The people we work alongside, the way our brand is regarded, the good we do for those in need, and our commitment to showing up "human" in a world that is sometimes not.
Being a part of an organization that prioritizes making a difference for all people.
