Prior to that, Mr. Flynn served as a Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Imagistics International Inc. (now Oc??? Imagistics, Inc.) since April 2, 2001. He was a Partner in the Business Practice Group at Wiggin & Dana, LLP, where he focused on business transactions and general corporate representation. Mr. Flynn also served in Senior Legal Counsel positions at public and private companies in the chemicals and health care industries, including a Senior Deputy General Counsel at Olin Corp. He served on the staff at the Fordham Law Review and the Fordham International Law Journal. Mr. Flynn is a Member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University College of Business Administration.
