Recruit directors and/or managers who have genuine management experience. Don not threaten employee that he will be put on PIP or fire for no reason

Do not let ethics less director manage a team
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
When a candidate is recruited, let him know exact date when he will be on boarded instead of tentative date and dragging the process
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Let leaders manage team and technical guys do technical work. There no need of many directors. For a small team like 9 members there is no need of a director
