All my direct managers are very supportive and got my back. I know that any concerns I have are heard and escalated to upper management.

My team are all highly capable and willing to step up to help each other whether for personal or professional issues

We share resources and knowledge and happily do so.

It was casual but very done open and flat way

When I am able to find solutions for my clients or helping a colleague figure out a solution
