Mr. Brett D. Pynnonen has been General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Visteon Corporation since December 2016. Mr. Pynnonen served as a Vice President of Visteon Corporation since March 2016. Mr. Pynnonen served as Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation from November 2010 to March 11, 2016 and as its Senior Vice President and General Counsel from November 01, 2010 to March 11, 2016. He was globally responsible for the Federal-Mogul's legal affairs. He served as an Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Federal-Mogul since joining in 2007. Prior to joining Federal-Mogul in 2007, Mr. Pynnonen served as a Secretary and General Counsel of CSC Covansys Corporation (alternate name Covansys Corp).
