Executive Bio
As VP of Finance, Lisa leads a dedicated, results-driven team and played a critical part in Viz's Series C and D funding rounds. She brings a wealth of knowledge secured while supporting high-growth companies over the last 20 years. Her experience includes helping scale companies to more than $100M in sales, driving multiple successful exits, and completing 14 M&As and buyouts. She spent the first half of her career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley and in private equity with HIG Capital and Swander Pace Capital. Lisa received her BS in Business from the University of California at Berkeley and her MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
