I love that our leaders create an open door policy. They are aware that there is life after Vodacom and continuously encourage a work-life balance.
I enjoy the time outs and Vodacom Spirit Day that was created to enable us in a way that we reflect and develop. During this time we can meditate, exercise, learn new skills and catch up on our Vodacom Learning modules
The best part about my package is that I can structure it how I want. The cellphone benefit is my favourite! I won't even mention the Short term incentive and 13th salary! One thing I do wish for though is contribution toward Medical aid
We are a team that has struggled in the beginning as we formed during covid lockdown. We gradually managed to find better ways of working remotely. We are collaborative and always willing to assist each other, in addition to that we are very comfortable to bounce ideas off each other.
