What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is great
The profit sharing option ranks right up there for me.
Benefits are good and not too costly to the employees given the richness of the plans.
High deductible plan but benefits are decent

Profit Sharing is automatic whether you, as an employee, contributes of not.
It is very generous and easy to access.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
