What do you like best about the leadership team?
Williness to help and guide you
They are willing to listen to suggestions from any person in the corporation and are dedicated to innovation which is key in our industry.
The corporation has an amazing Innovation orientation.
The CEO for my operating unit is awesome! He leads with empathy. We are not merely resources here, he cares about who we are as people and takes time to personally connect which is huge!
Freedom to discuss issues at all levels of our organization.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have no vision for the company. Everything is just reactive and they just come up with projects at the lat minute and give it high priority with no sense of actual business value.
Relying on their employees rather than consultants
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is great
The profit sharing option ranks right up there for me.
Benefits are good and not too costly to the employees given the richness of the plans.
High deductible plan but benefits are decent
Health Insurance with participation in HSA
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other companies I'm paid much less and never get recognition for the work I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Innovative, transparent and collaborative are the words that come immediately to mind.
They are all transparent, collaborative, and they are passionate about what they do.
Collaboration, empathy, support and we actually have fun virtually
Ability to work remotely makes a good work environment
Our team is the best. We have a group that has taken years to assemble made up of subject matter experts who are open to discussions and new ideas. Ours is the best team ever.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It seems everyone is always avoiding making decisions and even worse than that, if someone steps up and tries to make a decision then everyone tells them why that is a bad decision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on the fact that everyone counts and everyone matters.
The innovation orientation and behaviors that go with it make it an amazing place to work.
We have a diverse and positive environment. We are int he process of expanding our horizons through creative, innovation testing to come up with more effective ways to do business and maintain our corporate culture of "doing the right thing!"
The enviroment is very friendly. I like that everyone is energetic and assertive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to care about each other more.
Need to improve trust of the employees by management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The communication from the Recruiter was superb at each touchpoint in the interview process.
The people were engaged, relaxed and knew about me prior to our conversation - they had "done their homework."
It was simple without too many hoops to jump through.
It was very conversational. It was not an interrogation.

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my fellow HR colleagues about how we can best partner with our org units for both the best business results and the best PEOPLE results.
I learn something new here almost every day.
I'm given the freedom to do my job with minimal upper level input. My decisions are valued and we look upon mistakes and new learning experiences.
I like the line of work I do. I also like the people I work around. There are great benefits and lots of room for advancement.

Projects are micromanaged by individuals that don't understand the issues with the systems
