Interns get paid nothing, not even compensated for gas or other expenses.
Pay should equal Novant. Raises at $.12 are a joke. Retainment bonuses.

I dont feel valued .
I feel my personal pay is fair, however our benifits are terrible. I never get my vacation when I need it, usually forced to take a couple days at a time instead of a full week each year. Also our insurace almost gaurantees that you'll have to use their facility, making them more money.

We used to be able to send our kids to WFU for almost free, now we have to pay a big part. Our insurance goes up, deductibles go up every year and we are not appreciated

The work gets pilled on and the turn over rate has gotten horrible. More money comparable to marker value (ie Novant) would make it better
