Ms. Kimberly A. Perez has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Walter Investment Management Corp. since September 2, 2011. Ms. Perez served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of Walter Investment Management Corp. since April 2009 and also served as it's Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Perez served as Chief Financial Officer of Financial Services Group of Walter Energy, Inc. Ms. Perez served as Vice President of JWH Holding Company, LLC since November 2006 and Spinco since February 2009. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Walter Mortgage Company since February 2005 until April 2009 and Executive Vice President and Assistant Secretary since December 2003. Ms. Perez served as Vice President of Corporate Accounting for Walter since May 2000 and before that, she served as Assistant Controller and Director of Accounting and Strategic Planning since July 1997 until 2000. Prior to Walter, Ms. Perez served as an Audit Manager for the Tampa office for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC from 1989 to 1997. She led the Internal Audit group at Tropicana Products, Inc. since 1997. Ms. Perez is a graduate of Florida State University.
