Management. Time to get rid of processing, closing and VP management and start fresh or close the office
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management is constantly making employees undervalued. They need a whole new managment team. I think the processing manager doesnt know anything. He definitely wouldt be my first choice it was handed to him. He is unprofessional. Closing manager has the biggest attitude. Very unprofessional
