Bill Goeke — Senior Vice President of Property Management at Weingarten Realty Investors

Mr. Bill Goeke serves as a Senior Vice President of Property Management at Weingarten Realty Investors. Mr. Goeke served as Senior Vice President of Weingarten Realty Investors since February 2010 and its Director of Property Management since May 2004. He served as Vice President of Weingarten Realty Investors from May 2004 to February 2010. Mr. Goeke is responsible for all property management functions, including Security and Marketing. Prior to joining WRI, Mr. Goeke served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services for PM Realty Group, LP He previously held the positions within PM Realty of Director-Central Division and Regional Vice President and he served as Regional Manager for Capital Realty Services, Inc., a subsidiary of PM Realty. Mr. Goeke is a Graduate of Sam Houston State University where be obtained a BBA Degree in Finance. He is accredited as a Certified Property Manager (CPM), is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate. He is a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Houston Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the CCIM Institute.
