Gerald Crump — Senior VP & Director of Central Region at Weingarten Realty Investors

Mr. Gerald Crump serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Central Region at Weingarten Realty Investors. Mr. Crump served as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Weingarten Realty Investors since March 2013. Mr. Crump served as Vice President of Weingarten Realty Investors since December 19, 2006 and served as its Director of Central Region. He served as Regional Director of Leasing for Weingarten Realty Investors since December 19, 2006. Mr. Crump's current responsibilities include over 15 million square feet comprising more than 130 neighborhood and community retail shopping centers in Weingarten's Central Region. He is actively involved in the existing asset portfolio as well as anchor tenant leasing, new developments, redevelopments, acquisitions and disposition efforts. He joined Weingarten Realty Investors in February 1999, as a Financial Analyst. He subsequently moved into the Retail Leasing group as a Leasing Executive in May 2000 where he maintained the Top Producer status for several years running. He was promoted to the position of Associate Director of Leasing before taking on his current role. Prior to joining Weingarten Realty, he was in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group with Kelsey Seybold/Medpartners. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin University. He is also a member of ICSC where he served for two years as Co-Chairman of the ICSC Next Generation Committee Houston Chapter.
