Mr. Michael A. Mooney has been the Market President of Western Pennsylvania Market at WesBanco Bank Inc, a subsidiary of WesBanco Inc., since November 27, 2012. Mr. Mooney serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer and Sales Manager of Fidelity Bank, PaSB (the Bank). Mr. Mooney served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity BanCorp. Inc. He served as the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Fidelity BanCorp. Inc. He joined Fidelity in 1991 as Vice President of Lending. He began his career in banking in 1977 at Equibank in Pittsburgh as a Management Trainee and later held the positions of Branch Manager, Commercial Loan Specialist and District Manager. In 1985, he joined Pittsburgh-based Landmark Savings Bank as a District Manager, later served as Vice President Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations and Vice President and Senior Community Banking Officer. Mr. Mooney earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, graduated from the ABA Stonier School of Banking in 2001.
