I feel that they need to make the claim handling more stream line to the adjusters instead of customer service
They have favoritism so they should stop that. They pay low. They promote within so they pay low. Most people have no experience in what they do and that is how they pay low.
I have a lot of experience in auto claims and I was over qualified for the position they had me doing
If they would give better raises to the people who work hard
More training and more pay

I think that the claim reps should be handling a lot of the calls from claimants and attorneys which these calls are being handled by a customer service representtive
