Mr. Andrew F. Kenner has been Senior Vice President of Chemical Manufacturing at Westlake Chemical Corp. since August 9, 2017. Mr. Kenner served as Vice President of Manufacturing at Westlake Chemical Corp. since July 2008 until August 9, 2017. Mr. Kenner is responsible for all manufacturing, engineering and project management activities for Westlake's chemical operations and is a Member of the Senior Executive Team. Mr. Kenner provides manufacturing oversight for all of these operations. He has over 20 years of engineering, operations and manufacturing leadership experience and served Valero Energy Corporation as Vice President and General Manager of their Delaware City Refinery. He led similar operations in Houston and Texas City, TX. Mr. Kenner holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A & M University and an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
