Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid at market rate, at least.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Several people managers I work with have their egos tied to their work, despite going through leadership training. Please stop using company time and colleagues to pursue pet projects. If it's not tied to organization goals, you don't need to bring multiple departments into a meeting about it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire directors who genuinely enjoy collaborating and being around people!
Nobody ever gets fired to being terrible. Managers should start firing people instead of making them miserable hoping they will leave.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop pretending you're Google. Drop the >7 interviews, candidates are exhausted and then they get rejected.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is a mess, I don't have faith in their words anymore.
