Mr. Colin T. Severn serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Secretary of Ph Rielly Ventures, William Lyon Southwest, Inc., Presley Homes, California Equity Funding Inc., Presley Cmr Inc., Ph Lp Ventures and PH Ventures???San Jose. Mr. Severn has been Chief Financial Officer of William Lyon Homes since August 11, 2009 and has been its Senior Vice President since April 1, 2015. He oversees the William Lyon's accounting and finance, treasury and investor relations functions.
