Our leadership team is not only dedicated to making this a great place to work but are truly passionate about what we do to help our clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
People and the work we do! It is a great place to work! I truly love my job and so lucky to have a Boss that cares for each and everyone of us. Because we are busy the days go by so fast!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very highly competitive wages. If you put in hard work it is noticed and rewarded. Great Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance through Anthem Blue Cross. The company pays 100% of the Elements Plan with other options too. $25K Life with AD&D paid for by the firm. EAP Program, PTO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although we are over 130 staff members it still feels like a family working together to achieve the best results for our clients. Our CEO shows his gratitude in so many ways, from lunches to family outings, staff events or an email thanking us for our hard work. It feels great to be appreciated!
