Company has been growing, and the more the company grows the benefits have gotten better. The benefits are great, only wish they would offer a 401k or retirement plan of the sort.
I don't feel under valued. However, there is no retirement plans provided by the firm.

I don't feel undervalued at all - if anything, I think that the staff I work with on a consistent basis always expresses their thanks and appreciation for the hard work we put in on a daily basis.

The way leadership handles/talk to employees during bad days. Also, more accountability from leadership to hold employees accountable that do terrible things - things that would get them fired within seconds from other companies.
