What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No communication what so ever with this place
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was making $10 an hour but because I was given 5 extra hurt a week they dropped my pay to $9.40 per hour. Plus I get 40 hours a week but the months that have 5 fridays I have to only work 20 hours the last 2 weeks of that month. I don't think that's fair.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not positive or compassionate. They don't like to step up and help
