we are process-oriented, look for new ideas to help our customers instead of focusing on heavy marketing for a product that doesn't innovate

we are like a family, the CEOs door is always open, and the HR director always helps with our personal needs

The open dialogue with my future boss. We knew from the beginning that it was a fit

The fact that we accomplished big projects and we have always bigger projects coming
