What did you like most about the interview process?
I could really see why they asked me to make different tasks and interviews. All the instructions were very clear and the people handling it were very nice and helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very satisfied with the pay and stock options. You get to have a say in your salary, which is very nice. We get a ton of benefits like sports compensation, book allowance and best of all travel allowance to travel the world!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know how to handle each situation. Every new concept, rule or plan is introduced in a really good way, where you understand completely why it was necessary. They hear everyone and are very welcome to all ideas. Overall very good, fun and approachable people.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's the best feeling knowing that I can work towards a more sustainable world. I love that Woola solves two problems at the same time: offering an alternative to plastic packaging and using up a waste material like sheep wool. And working together with this team makes me really happy as well.
