Sell more. Don't keep blaming the product. Make a space for people to take risks and do what is right. Stop micromanaging.

Better retirement savings plans. Bring up to industry. Have clear goals/KPI to relate to bonuses.

Better opportunities for employees who are already with the company. Less micromanagement. Have sales waste less money and sell more.
