Undervalued because I have an individual as my authority who cannot construct a sentence and has no administrative skills - The Company cannot sustain like this ... by only focusing on yields and not paying any attention to the needs of the ground level employees!!!!
sick day hours are accumulated over time. if you have under a certain amount then you do not get to use it. no vacation days. no benefits, no 401k, no holiday pay, no overtime pay. list goes on
