Bryan K. Guderian — Senior Vice President of Business Development at WPX Energy

Mr. Bryan K. Guderian has been the Senior Vice President of Business Development at WPX Energy, Inc., since May 2016. Mr. Guderian served as the Chief Executive Officer of Apco Oil & Gas International Inc. since December 31, 2013. He served as Vice President of the Tulsa Region and International Operations of the exploration and production unit of Williams since 2001. He serves as Director of Land & Gas Management, Williams Production Company. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at WPX Energy, Inc. from December 2011 to October 27, 2014. He served as Vice President of various subsidiaries of the Williams Energy Services unit of Williams since 1991. He served as Vice President of The Williams Companies, Inc.'s Exploration and Production unit from 1998 to 2001 and was responsible for the operational and commercial oversight and management of assigned exploration and production assets in the Marcellus Shale, the San Juan Basin and other basins. He was also responsible for overseeing Williams' international operations. He joined Williams in 1991 as a Gas Marketing Representative. He held numerous management positions of Williams Gas Marketing Company from 1991 to 1996. He has been an Inside Director of Apco Oil & Gas International Inc., since April 2002 and Petrolera Entre Lomas S.A. (Petrolera) since 2003. Mr. Guderian serves as a Director of NGL Energy Holdings LLC since May 2012 and the Member of its Audit Committee.
