Just sad. It seems the new management team has been going out of their way to make XE worse.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are some great people at the company, it's a shame that there are a huge number of people who would gladly throw you under any available bus.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's hard to say at this point. Things have been going downhill for awhile now, all the great people have left or are heading for the door.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently they cut everyone's bonus to next to nothing while increasing their own. There is no accountability in the company, just how quickly the executive can take as much from the company before the well runs dry.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Come out and speak to staff for a change. This company has been going downhill for the last year and the only reaction from the executive has been to do a staff survey that showed how bad things were then hide away and hope it blows over.
