Everyone is able to say what they feel and we are able to make decisions without going to the boss every time for approval.
What makes you most happy at work?
My beautiful office. We all have our own offices except for IT but they have a very cool space to adjacent to our group
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free food in the kitchen. I never have to buy lunch and we go out to dinner alot with the team at night. Lots of single people too so good after work culture and our office is on an Island in FL which is really neat.
