Dr. Joel D. Wallach, B.S, DVM, ND., Co-Founded Youngevity International, Inc. in 1997. Dr. Wallach is the Founder of Drink Act.com. He founded Ethos Environmental Inc. (formerly, Youngevity Essential Life Sciences) in 1997 and served as its Chairman from December 2009 to May 31, 2010. He served as the Chairman of Youngevity International, Inc. He served as the Chairman of Regeneca, Inc. since November 21, 2009 and served as its Director. A veterinarian for 30 years, he worked as a Research Veterinary Pathologist with The National Institute of Health for The Center for the Biology of Natural Systems, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri; Yerkes Regional Primate Research Center in Atlanta, Georgia, at Emory University. Dr. Wallach serves as Member of Scientific Advisory Board and Member of Athletic Advisory Board at Youngevity International, Inc. His research has resulted in the publication of more than 70 peer review and refereed journal articles in the fields of nutrition and pharmaceutical research, and he has made major contributions to eight multi-authored text and reference books on these subjects. He has written more than 70 scientific papers, as well as six books including Diseases of Exotic Animals (a 1200 page Veterinary text book). He is a licensed in Oregon. Dr. Wallach is a Member of the California Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Dr. Wallach has worked for many Zoo's and Universities across the country and he even worked with Mutual of Omaha's Marlin Perkins at the St. Louis Zoo. Dr. Wallach achieved the prestigious Rank of Eagle Scout as a Boy Scout. Dr. Wallach dedicates his time to lecturing on the benefits of Nutrition around the World and works to lobby the US government on behalf of the Supplement Industry, and he is dedicated to making better nutrition available to the public. In 1964, he was awarded a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.), also from the University of Missouri. Thereafter, Dr. Wallach completed a three year (1965-68) Post-doctoral fellowship at The Center for the Biology of Natural Systems at Washington University in St. Louis , Missouri. In 1982, he obtained a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.) from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Wallach obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Missouri in 1962, with a major in Animal Husbandry (Nutrition) and a minor in Field Crops and Soils.
