- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company offers a young, dynamic work environment with easy-going colleagues (aside from management) and the advantage of working remotely almost 100% of the time, which adds flexibility and balance.
- What are some of the best things about your team?The team puts great effort into making customers happy, showing dedication and hard work. However, they need to improve meeting prioritization, communication, and IT knowledge, as the lack of technical skills often hampers effective work and collaboration.
- What did you like most about the interview process?The positivity from everyone I engaged with during the process and also, the "gut-feeling" that this is great people to work with.
