Seeing our technology at work and a satisfied and impressed client at the end of a project.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Thoughtful, brillant, available and highly motivating. I feel like we grow together while helping each other in the process.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The efforts to present the company and my future team (by phone and face to face), but also the more vision-oriented discussion with the CEO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership communicates its vision, ideas and strategy which allows the whole company to feel involved and motivated. The objectives are clear and everyone knows how they will contribute at their own level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Yseop is (still) a small company, which allows direct exchanges with anyone. One can share an idea with or get information from any entity. We don't feel stuck in a role or a position.
