Good decent pay good people around me
What makes me happy is that its not stressful.
knowing i matter - knowing i have opportunities to become as much as i aspire to be - security, benefits, wages, training & developing, recruiting people to our company to bless their lives like mine was when i was hired on 6.5 years ago.
