Work hard play hard. Cliche, but true. People are excited to come to work because everyone is passionate about Zaius and driven toward success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership team is extremely accessible. Respect and transparency is huge. Music playing throughout the office, people on the phones. There's always a positive and energetic vibe!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how much of an emphasis is put on "culture fit". Integrity, respect and humility are huge!

Knowing that what I do makes an impact. I can see that what I do every day makes a difference and supports the growth and success of the organization and success.
