What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training and workplace arrangement needs to be improved upon. The trainings are mostly general and not tailored to specific requirement of workforce. Hence people are forced to attend trainings.

Communicate with the candidates and ensure timelines are followed. Onboarding should be more organized
