fast paced global company with excitement, great opportunity, work-life balance, good benefits

What can this brand most improve?

The products themselves are good, the support is very poor, lack of information and not replying as soon as possible seems like they taking their time, while declaring on website 24/7 support which is completely false. I find it inappropriate to have support delaying when they are declaring "24/7"
