Focused hiring - Some of our ongoing programs include Enliven, which helps us to tap women talent looking to rejoin the workforce after a career break, sign language training, and a 12-month internship program that focuses on hiring people with disabilities through our BEEE program in South
Africa, and gender sensitization program for all people managers and leaders to build a balanced workforce.
Building an inclusive ecosystem - We have partnered with NASSCOM, WiT Ace, and NHRDN to develop our women leaders. We are also closely associated with PRIDE Circle and Stonewall, UK, to support inclusion initiatives for the LGBTQ+ community. In this regard, we have built uni-gender washrooms on our campuses. Additionally, all our offices are accessibility-compliant and include ramps with handrails, wheelchair access, and communication videos available in sign language for people with hearing disabilities.
Women’s career development - We are dedicated to implementing several women-specific initiatives that nurture an enabling environment where talented women can explore career opportunities that will harness their potential. We have been focusing on developing women leaders and executives through ZenWen, Zensar’s Women Executive Network platform, who are responsible for designing and implementing strategies for organizational growth through leadership workshops, mentoring, and networking.
