Randy Stewart — Managing Director of Enterprise Mortgage Group at Zions Bancorporation

Mr. Randy Stewart has been Managing Director of Enterprise Mortgage Group at Zions Bancorporation since March 2015. Mr. Stewart serves as President of Amegy Mortgage Company, L.L.C. Mr. Stewart served as Executive Vice President of Amegy Mortgage Company, L.L.C. He is responsible for Amegy's single family mortgage team. Mr. Stewart is an established mortgage executive who has 25 years of experience and a dynamic banking background that includes mortgages, capital markets, corporate lending, product development and risk analysis. Prior to joining Amegy, he held leadership positions at several mortgage institutions, such as Capital Standard Mortgage, Charter Mortgage Company and Sterling Capital Mortgage. Mr. Stewart served as Senior Vice President of Secondary Marketing at RBC Mortgage Company since November 2004. He was responsible for all secondary marketing and interest-rate hedging activities for the organization. He served as Managing Director of RBC Mortgage's National Builder Services Division, which sets up joint ventures and other relationships with builders and allows RBC Mortgage to provide home financing to the builders' clients. Prior to RBC Mortgage, Mr. Stewart served as Executive Vice President of Houston-based Sterling Capital Mortgage, which was acquired by RBC Mortgage in September 2003. His responsibilities included coordinating loan pricing and sales to secondary markets; hedging; negotiating with wholesalers; establishing lines of credit and supervising sub-servicing contracts. He also served on Sterling Capital Mortgage's Board of Directors. He earned a bachelor's degree in business from Sam Houston University in Huntsville, Texas.
