They are very nice to me and the training is easy to do.

I am happy being able to dance and to be able to be healthy.

There was not an interview. I attended the training and know I have a job.

My co workers could be nicer and not treat other people like they want to take their jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to be my own boss and I do not have to depend on anyone else to make money each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I made more money. I would like to be able to pay my bills on my own.
